The BSBOPS601 Develop and implement business plans (Business Plan) unit is essential learning for those who intend to operate their own security or investigative services business or undertake employment as a private contractor. This program will inspire and challenge you, exploring processes required for developing and implementing business strategies across basic risk assessment, operational planning and marketing, and considerations for monitoring and reviewing business activity.
Our mission is to eliminate the guesswork so you can be confident that this program meets the Consumer and Business Services (CBS) licensing requirements for the Business Criteria for Contractors under the Security and Investigation Industry Act 1995 [SA].
