Who You Are
- You have current, relevant industry experience in security operations

- You demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic, consistently recognised by colleagues and employers.
- You have the motivation to grow your skills as a Tactical Training instructor.
Bringing our students up to standard and qualifying them is one thing…
Being able to draw on your real-world experience and share relevant, memorable insights that stay with students well beyond their time with us—is another.
Why Train Through Tactical
We have a high regard for those who have put in the work, served in the field, and are ready to pass on their knowledge.
As a Nationally Awarded RTO, we are committed to leaving a strong footprint on the industry by consistently providing our students with the skills and knowledge required to successfully pursue a career in Security Operations.
What You Can Expect
The position is casual, with potential opportunities to transition to a permanent part-time role.
Your role will involve delivering training at our facility, as well as travelling to corporate sites to train client staff. This may occasionally include regional travel and overnight stays, although these are infrequent.
While we operate within strict training requirements, we value individual presentation style and recognise the important role our trainers play in preparing students for real-world scenarios.
You will be expected to continuously maintain and develop your skills in both training and assessment, and your industry area, through ongoing, meaningful CPD.
