
We’re Hiring: First Aid Trainer
Are you passionate about preparing people to respond when it matters most?
We are looking for a motivated and experienced First Aid Trainer to join our team.
Your background may include:
- First Aid Trainer
- Paramedic / Ambulance Officer
- Nurse or Healthcare Worker
- Emergency Response Personnel
- Or other roles with strong experience in first aid and emergency care
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
To be considered, you must hold one of the following training and assessment credentials:
- TAE40112 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Qualifications and Competencies
You must hold the relevant First Aid units, such as (or equivalent):
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- HLTAID013 Provide First Aid in remote or isolated site (desirable)
- HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid (desirable)
- HLTAID015 Provide advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy (desirable)
- HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (desirable)

What You Can Expect
- The role is casual/part-time, with opportunities for ongoing engagement
- Delivery of training at our facility and at client sites
- Occasional regional travel and overnight stays may be required, though these are infrequent
While we operate within structured training requirements, your delivery style and experience play a key role in preparing students for real-world scenarios.
All trainers and assessors are required to maintain current skills and knowledge in training and assessment, and in their industry area, through ongoing, relevant and meaningful CPD.
