Security K9 Handler Course
Have you ever considered upgrading your skills by learning how to safely manage and handle a working dog for the security industry? If so, our Introduction to Canine Handling course, might just be the perfect fit for you. In the security industry, dogs perform an important role as both a visual deterrent and a loyal work partner. |
Course overview
The two contact days include one day that covers the pertinent theoretical components where you will also take part in realistic practical scenarios. The second day brings the theory and practice together with additional scenarios and practical dog handling exercises with our industry experts. What our industry consultant, Ryan King at OzcorpK9 has to say:
I'm lucky enough to have been mentored by a few of the greatest dog trainers in the world, who helped me develop my beliefs and systems. Although it's the experience of helping thousands of dogs every year that really brings me and the OzcorpK9 Team closer to the K9 mind every day. Here are a few of my personal wins: Working alongside international Special Operations K9 Units.
